These extreme conditions offer a unique opportunity for researchers at the American University of Antigua (AUA) to study the human body\u2019s adaptations during such prolonged stress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

AUA\u2019s College of Medicine recently collaborated on a study published in Cureus<\/em>, exploring how rowers\u2019 brainwaves and metabolic processes shift under pressure.
