Hedley\u2019s journey in the hospitality industry began in 1985 with ITT Sheraton, where he honed his expertise in operations, sales, marketing, and revenue strategies. <\/p>

Over the years, he has led some of the most prestigious properties across the Caribbean, Africa, and Europe. Notably, he played a pivotal role in the transformation of Jumby Bay Island into one of Rosewood Hotels & Resorts\u2019 flagship properties, serving as Vice President of Caribbean Operations. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Other career highlights include leadership roles at Grace Bay Club, Carlisle Bay, Cap Juluca, Peter Island Resort, and Hodges Bay Resort & Spa.<\/p>
