REPRESENTATION OF THE PEOPLE (CAP. 379)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

27. (1)<\/strong> No intoxicating liquor shall be sold, offered for sale, or given away at any premises situated in any constituency in which an election is being held to which a license issued under the Licensing (Intoxicating Liquor) Act applies at any time between the opening and closing of the poll on polling day.<\/p>

(2)<\/strong> Any person who contravenes the provisions of this section shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine of three thousand dollars and to imprisonment for twelve months.<\/p>
