Management speaking exclusively to ANR said it would not be possible to recruit a head chef so quick if in fact it was the out cry in late December that led to the change.<\/p>

The restaurant is also denying media reports that the Chef was “dismissed.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Despite the restaurant’s denial, the kitchen staff expressed relief and optimism after the departure of the former head chef, who had reportedly created a tense and demoralizing work environment.<\/p>
