St. Vincent and the Grenadines has recorded its 51st homicide this year after Jarvis Horne, also known as Smadd Dan, was fatally shot near the Public Health Department on Lindley Street in Kingstown around 6:30 p.m. Monday. <\/p>

Horne, a Fairbaine Pasture resident, is the second person from his community killed in recent weeks and the second shooting victim in the country since Friday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Horne was shot multiple times in the upper body and pronounced dead at Milton Cato Memorial Hospital shortly after. <\/p>
