Sir Molwyn Joseph today expressed strong confidence in his Junior Minister, Michael Joseph, during a meeting with the Division of Social Services staff. Joseph called for a more focused approach to social transformation, Sir Molwyn praised Michael Joseph\u2019s leadership, vision, and capacity to drive change.<\/p>
