I am writing to express my growing concern over the significant and unexplained increases in my utility, water, and INET bills over recent months. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a single occupant in my household, I have neither changed my usage patterns nor added any additional appliances or devices. Despite this, my bills have increased at a seemingly rapid pace.<\/p>

For a long time, I have relied on a monthly mobile data plan that typically provides ample data and allows for rollovers, which I consistently utilize. Recently, however, since APUA upgraded the mobile app, I have noticed that my data is depleting at an unprecedented rate. <\/p>

In just 12 days, my data usage supposedly reached 22GB, an amount I have never approached before, especially as I primarily use my mobile data for essential, low-bandwidth tasks. <\/p>

I am also concerned that this new app upgrade may be impacting data consumption or recalculating usage in a way that is neither clear nor transparent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
