Antigua and Barbuda tourism officials celebrated the return of Condor Airlines, as the flight from Frankfurt touched down at the V.C. Bird International Airport on November 5, making it the first service from the airline since the COVID-19 pandemic.<\/p>

To mark the occasion, the Condor flight was welcomed with a ceremonial water cannon salute, followed by disembarking passengers receiving a warm and hospitable greeting from the people of Antigua and Barbuda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The seasonal service from Frankfurt will run from November 5, 2024, through May 6, 2025, just in time for the winter tourism season.<\/p>

Antigua and Barbuda Minister of Tourism, Civil Aviation, Transportation and Investment, The Honourable Charles Fernandez, expressed excitement about the re-start of the service. <\/p>
