Public sector employees are expected to receive an additional month\u2019s salary in December, just in time for the Christmas season.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prime Minister Gaston Browne, who also serves as Minister of Finance, confirmed the decision during his appearance on the Browne and Browne<\/em> show on Saturday.<\/p>

In response to questions about outstanding back-pay, Browne shared that he had instructed the finance ministry to \u201cfind the money\u201d necessary to provide this bonus. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

He indicated that this payment will partly address the back-pay owed to public servants as part of a 14% salary increase implemented nearly two years ago.<\/p>
