Dear Honorable Minister<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Urgent Request for Intervention and Inspection of Public Buses at West Bus Station<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n\n\n\n

I am writing to express the increasing concerns of commuters, myself included, regarding the deplorable conditions of public buses departing from West Bus Station. As someone who relies on public transportation as my primary means of travel, I am deeply troubled by the health and safety risks that these buses pose to the public.<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n\n\n\n

The state of the buses that operate on routes such as Bendals Road leaves much to be desired. Many buses are visibly unsanitary, with mold and grime covering surfaces due to infrequent or non-existent cleaning practices. Furthermore, numerous seats are in poor condition, often ripped or on the verge of falling apart, and it is evident that upkeep standards are severely lacking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These issues indicate not only a disregard for the well-being of passengers but also a potential violation of the transportation regulations governing Antigua and Barbuda. This experience has, unfortunately, become a \u201chorror story\u201d for myself and other passengers who rely on these buses daily.<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n\n\n\n

I respectfully urge your office to conduct thorough inspections of these public buses and to enforce compliance with safety and hygiene regulations. Doing so will help ensure that commuters are provided with safe and clean transportation, as is their right.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I am hopeful that necessary actions will be taken to improve the quality of public transportation services in our nation.<\/p>
