Justice Jan Drysdale has dismissed a lawsuit brought by D. Gisele Isaac against former Education Minister Michael Browne and the Cabinet. <\/p>

The case centered around Isaac\u2019s 2014 suspension and dismissal as Executive Secretary of the Board of Education, as well as a report aired on ZDK radio about her tenure. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Isaac claimed her rights were violated since she wasn’t allowed to respond to the report and sought compensation for reputational damage. <\/p>
