In a statement, the board highlighted that this appointment is in \u201caccordance with the organization\u2019s by-laws and articles of incorporation following Gill\u2019s resignation\u201d.<\/p>

In his first statement as President (Ag), Marcellin emphasized his commitment to maintaining high standards of governance and effective management.<\/p>
