\u201cWe don\u2019t do things by guesswork. They cannot win,\u201d he asserted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Browne\u2019s remarks come as political opponents and critics of Smith have questioned the legality of his appointment, raising concerns about whether it adhered to constitutional requirements. <\/p>
