These allegations add to multiple ongoing cases related to Customs scams from 2017. Prosecutors assert that the duo exploited government duty-free concession codes to evade taxes while misappropriating clients\u2019 payments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Both face two counts of cheating public revenue, making false declarations, electronic forgery, and conspiracy to defraud, totaling nearly $31,000 in fraud. Their committal hearing has been adjourned until January 21.<\/p>
