Barbudans John Mussington and Jacklyn Frank will have their challenge against the Development Control Authority (DCA) reviewed in court on November 4th, 2024. <\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n\n\n\n

The Privy Council earlier granted them the right to contest the approval of the Barbuda International Airport project, alleging the DCA violated legal procedures during construction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Despite the government\u2019s argument that the case is moot since the airport is completed, the Privy Council ruled the challenge could proceed. <\/p>
