St Vincent and the Grenadines’ Prime Minister Ralph Gonsalves commended his Antiguan counterpart, Prime Minister Gaston Browne, for his unwavering faith in the project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He also expressed willingness to join to support efforts to keep the new airline in the skies.<\/p>

 “I have no doubt, as LIAT expands, there may be a call, perhaps, from other shareholders, other kinds of support, but you can rely on St. Vincent to be there with you as you expand this airline,” Gonsalves affirmed.<\/p>

For Vincentians longing to return home and visitors eager to explore the island’s landscapes and beaches, this development comes as a breath of fresh, tropical air.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With fares starting as low as $99 USD (excluding taxes), LIAT20 is not just reconnecting the Caribbean; it’s making island-hopping more accessible than ever before.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the heart of this revival is a unique collaboration between Nigerian carrier Air Peace and the government of Antigua and Barbuda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This partnership, born out of necessity and vision, has already seen LIAT20 take to the skies, serving Antigua, Barbados, Grenada, Dominica, and St Kitts and Nevis since its inaugural flight to St Lucia in August.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

LIAT20 has set its sights on expanding to 11 destinations, with Guyana and Trinidad and Tobago next on the horizon. But the ambition doesn’t stop there. With plans to acquire larger aircraft, the airline aims to spread its wings even further, introducing flights to Panama, Miami, Puerto Rico, and the British Virgin Islands.<\/p>\n
