Jeson Cedeno, 28, of Liberta, has been sentenced to two years, eleven months, and 23 days in prison after pleading guilty to possessing illegal firearms. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Senior Magistrate Ngaio Emanuel presided over the case in District B of the Magistrate\u2019s Court.<\/p>

Cedeno\u2019s female companion had charges against her withdrawn after his guilty plea.<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n\n\n\n

His sentence was reduced by seven days for time spent on remand. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

He also received concurrent sentences for possession of ammunition and cannabis. Confiscated funds, totaling EC$1,956.80, were ordered to be returned to Cedeno.<\/p>
