Her journey is a testament to the growing role of youth in shaping the future of tourism in Antigua and Barbuda.<\/p>

Abigail joined The Escape at Nonsuch Bay in 2021, starting her career in the Reservations Department. From the outset, her dedication and talent stood out, leading to her swift transition into the resort\u2019s Marketing and Sales Team. In this role, she oversees the company\u2019s online social media presence and contributes to its web design, using her keen eye for detail and creativity to elevate the resort’s digital presence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

While excelling at work, Abigail also pursued her Bachelor\u2019s degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management at the University of the West Indies (Open Campus), graduating with first-class honors. She received her educational foundation at the Antigua & Barbuda Hospitality Training Institute, which equipped her with the skills and knowledge that have become the backbone of her successful career in the industry. Balancing her studies with professional responsibilities demonstrated her impressive time management skills and deep commitment to both her career and education.<\/p>

Despite her focus on marketing and sales, Abigail has proven her adaptability by stepping in to assist with front-of-house operations when needed.
