The keys to the state-of-the-art facility were handed over just moments ago by Managing Director of PLH, Justin Wilshaw, to the Operations Manager of the Authority, Rex Daly.<\/p>

This handover marks the final step before the airport\u2019s official opening ceremony, which is scheduled to take place tomorrow morning. The new airport promises to significantly enhance flight traffic between Antigua and its sister island Barbuda, paving the way for improved connectivity and economic growth.<\/p>

Teams from the Antigua and Barbuda Airport Authority have been hard at work today, putting the finishing touches on the facility to ensure everything is perfect for the grand opening. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
