I am writing anonymously to express a pressing concern about the current state of Antigua and Barbuda\u2019s legal and justice system, especially as it affects foreign nationals facing legal cases in the country. <\/p>

There have been numerous reports from families and friends of those involved in legal battles, highlighting excessive court delays and an outdated judicial process that are causing severe distress.<\/p>

This heartbreaking situation underscores the severe mental and emotional toll that these delays are inflicting on those awaiting justice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There is an urgent need for a comprehensive reform of the legal system to ensure that it functions efficiently and justly, providing fair and timely resolutions for everyone, including foreign nationals. <\/p>
