She reportedly arrived in Antigua by boat and was charged with illegal entry and related immigration offenses. Jimenez Lopez, who admitted to attempting to bypass immigration controls, was ordered to be deported after her appearance in court on Friday. <\/p>

She had been charged with breaching the Immigration and Passport Act, Chapter 6 of Antigua and Barbuda’s laws, for entering the country unlawfully and attempting to evade immigration officers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
