Nibbs himself initially felt the dual naming could diminish his recognition, stating, “If you\u2019re going to honor me, it should match what I\u2019ve done.” <\/p>

He added that the honor reflects his dedication and hard work over the years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Meantime, the former MP has called on fellow Barbudans to embrace the change that is taking place on the sister-isle.<\/p>
