It is notified for the information of the general public that between the years 2020 and 2023 several motor vehicles have been seized by the police. This was as a result of a number of defects and violations under the Vehicles and Road Traffic Act, Chapter 460 of the Laws of Antigua and Barbuda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The said vehicles are impounded at the Government Motor Pool, Pigotts Main Road.<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n\n\n\n

The said vehicles are available for immediate repossession upon production of documentation relative to valid insurance and licensing. Those with defects must be repaired.<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n\n\n\n

As provided for by the said Act, any motor vehicles remaining unclaimed for a period of ninety (90) days shall be sold at public auction.<\/p>

The auction sale of these vehicles will be on Friday 20th September, 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Government Motor Pool. This will continue until all vehicles are auctioned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The registered owners are therefore advised to act promptly to avoid the specified course of action.<\/p>
