westward or west-southwestward motion is forecast during the next<\/p>

several days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Maximum sustained winds are near 45 mph (75 km\/h) with higher gusts.<\/p>

Gordon is forecast to continue to weaken and become a depression on<\/p>
