He is now in custody and being questioned by St. John\u2019s police.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Isaac, 27, was serving a one-year sentence at His Majesty\u2019s Prison for malicious damage when he was reportedly body slammed by the guard, leaving him paralyzed with spinal injuries. <\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n\n\n\n

He died in May after nearly two weeks in the hospital. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

His death certificate lists pulmonary embolism due to quadriplegia as the cause.<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Isaac\u2019s father, Aaron Isaac, stated his son had no conflicts with other inmates. Isaac was laid to rest on September 5, with the funeral covered by the state. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
