Laurisa Francis, Communications and Implementation Officer within the Ministry of Legal Affairs, Labour and Public Safety and Public Relations Officer of the Antigua and Barbuda Electoral Commission, Elisa Graham, graduated today from the University of East London with a Masters of Science Degree in International Relations.<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n\n\n\n

They were the only two from the Caribbean who participated in the graduation ceremony on campus on the recognition of the University’s 126th Anniversary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Both Graham and Francis also recieved scholarships from the Prime Minister’s Scholarship Committee and the UNICAF Programme.<\/p>
