Press Release on the Adjudication of Lands in Barbuda<\/u><\/strong><\/p>

Consequent on Barbuda being brought under the Registered Land (Amendment) Act, 2023, the land adjudication process in Barbuda has commenced.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Order declaring the Government\u2019s intention to effect the adjudication was published in Gazette No 43 dated 4th<\/sup> October, 2023 and the appointment of Sir Clare Roberts as Adjudication Officer has also been gazetted in Gazette No 47 dated 22nd<\/sup> August,2024.<\/p>

In accordance with the provisions of the Land Adjudication Act Cap 234, the following Notices have been issued: –<\/p>
