On August\u00a027, 2024, the Governor General of Antigua and Barbuda, His Excellency Sir Rodney Williams, appointed two additional members and the secretary of the Income Tax Appeal Board. <\/p>

The appointments were made on the advice of the Honourable Members of Cabinet in accordance with Section 60 of the Income Tax Act, Cap 212. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Income Tax Appeal Board serves as a crucial body tasked with reviewing and adjudicating disputes related to tax assessments and decisions, ensuring fairness and transparency in the tax administration process in Antigua and Barbuda. <\/p>

The ceremony took place at Government House, where the members and Secretary received their instruments of appointment from His Excellency Sir Rodney Williams. <\/p>
