Residents early this morning discovered what they say is a Mako Shark on Darkwood Beach this morning.<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n\n\n\n

The animal was already dead when residents discovered it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is not known how the shark ended up there.<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>
\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n\n\n\n

The main theory at his time is that it was washed ashore.<\/p>

The discovery has already lead to social media comments of people who are fearful to swim there.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to shark<\/g> world, the shortfin mako shark also is known as the blue pointer and bonito shark.<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n\n\n\n

It is a fast speed-swimming shark that has been called \u201cthe peregrine falcon of the sharks\u201d in allusion to the fastest bird in the world. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is considered an animal dangerous to humans because of the speed which can attack and its ability to jump into the fishing boats.<\/p>
