id=\"30\" data-gr-id=\"30\">finalised<\/g>, the Global Ports Team will pay one additional visit to <g class=\"gr_ gr_48 gr-alert gr_gramm gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim Grammar only-ins replaceWithoutSep\" id=\"48\" data-gr-id=\"48\">Cabinet<\/g> in order to conclude any agreement into which the Government will enter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the government, Global Ports will advance the monies required to construct the OASIS-capable pier in Antigua, pay-off a debt that remains outstanding since <g class=\"gr_ gr_110 gr-alert gr_gramm gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim Punctuation only-del replaceWithoutSep\" id=\"110\" data-gr-id=\"110\">1997,<\/g> and <g class=\"gr_ gr_101 gr-alert gr_gramm gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim Grammar multiReplace\" id=\"101\" <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The officials also made an assessment of a response-paper submitted by the Ministry of Finance officials, who weighed the benefits and burdens of the proposal put forward by Global
