Dylan Simon, a long-time employee of Hadeed Motors, was found guilty of fraud, but with a mixed verdict.<\/p>

After a trial presided over by Justice Tunde Bakre, Simon was convicted on two out of eight charges related to incidents between December 30, 2019, and January 3, 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Simon was found guilty of inputting a non-existent cheque into the company\u2019s system and forging a form to unauthorizedly remove a vehicle from the dealership. However, he was acquitted of larceny and obtaining a commission under false pretenses.<\/p>
