Pringle acknowledged the challenges faced in obtaining reliable statistical data in Antigua and Barbuda and throughout the Caribbean. He shared a personal anecdote about meeting researchers at the Miami airport who struggled to acquire the necessary data for their studies in Antigua. This bill, he noted, aims to address such difficulties by ensuring that data collected is accurate, well-documented, and easily accessible.<\/p>

“I am pleased to see that we are moving towards ensuring that what we have in Antigua and Barbuda is on par with what is available around the world,” Pringle stated. Despite his call for clarification, Pringle reiterated his support for the bill, recognizing its potential to improve strategic planning and decision-making processes based on reliable data. “I’m not here to object to this bill because I think it’s necessary and can do wonders,” he concluded.<\/p>
