Sixty-one-year-old Meryl Chiddick is on trial in the High Court for the murder of farmer, Conroy Andrew.<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Prosecutors alleged Chiddick shot and killed Andrew at his farm in Liberta on November 10, 2014.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Twenty-three-year-old Aundrey Joseph was initially charged with murder alongside Chiddick.<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>
\"\"<\/div>\n\n\n\n

However, he pleaded guilty to manslaughter and testified against Chiddick at the trial.<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n\n\n\n

According to Joseph, Chiddick asked him to follow him \u201con a move\u201d and they both went by bus to Swetes village.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He testified Chiddick led him in some bushes and they eventually arrive at the yard of a tall black rastaman.<\/p>

The witness said Chiddick told him to wait as he moved toward the rastaman who had a cutlass in his hand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Joseph said he heard a signal gunshot, then four others before Chiddick ran back and said he killed the man.<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n\n\n\n

He also recalled seeing the deceased\u2019s body rolling on the ground.<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n\n\n\n

The witness testified the next day Chiddick threatened to kill him if he told anyone about the shooting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The trial with resume in the High Court on Wednesday.<\/p>\n
