CARICOM Secretariat, Turkeyen, Greater Georgetown, Guyana – Tuesday, 9 July 2024:  Caribbean Community (CARICOM) Secretary-General, Dr. Carla Barnett has congratulated the Right Honourable Sir Keir Starmer and Britain\u2019s Labour Party on the landslide victory at the polls last week.<\/p>
