The Spicemas Corporation (SMC) extends its deepest empathy and support to everyone affected by the recent passage of Hurricane Beryl. The directors, management, and staff understand that this disaster has profoundly impacted our community, including many of our stakeholders on mainland Grenada, Carriacou, and Petite Martinique.<\/p>

Despite the challenges presented by Hurricane Beryl, the Spicemas Corporation is committed to continuing with the hosting of Spicemas 2024, which <\/a>climaxes on Tuesday, 13 August 2024. The resilience and spirit of our people will ensure that this year\u2019s carnival remains a vibrant and unifying celebration of our culture and heritage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All scheduled events will remain on their planned dates, except the Groovy & Power Soca Monarch Preliminaries, which have been rescheduled to 10-15 July 2024.<\/p>

Carnival is a time for our people to come together to celebrate the nation\u2019s cultural richness. Spicemas, Grenada\u2019s largest cultural festival will provide economic opportunities for numerous local businesses, including vendors, performers, and service providers, playing a crucial role in our community\u2019s recovery. The SMC looks forward to the support of its partners, because only together, can we make Spicemas 2024 a remarkable and memorable festival.<\/p>
