“We have decriminalized the use of marijuana and legalized it for medicinal purposes,” Browne stated, affirming the government’s stance on the therapeutic benefits of marijuana. However, he clarified that recreational use remains illegal, largely due to international obligations and potential sanctions against Antigua and Barbuda.<\/p>
