Director of Education, Clare Browne today called for parents whose children are found loitering in St. John’s after school to be held criminally liable<\/g>.<\/p>

Mr. Browne says the ministry is aware of the trend and he is advocating for loitering to be made a criminal offence and parents to be held accountable.<\/p>
