The Cabinet says it examined the hardships caused by the Millennium Citizenship enacted by the previous administration during its meeting yesterd<\/g>ay.<\/p>

According to the government, several spouses and parents have been unable to make application on behalf of family members because of the restrictions placed in the law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Cabinet said it directed the Attorney General to bring to Parliament a draft that would “cure the inequities built into the 2005 law that limited the reach of citizenship, unlike any other citizenship by registration or residence.”<\/p>
