Former National Parks Authority employee Nickisha Jankie has filed a lawsuit against the Commissioner and Board Chairman for alleged denial of proper compensation.<\/p>

The lawsuit, filed last week, accuses the parks authority of breaching her collective bargaining agreement by withholding entitled allowances.<\/p>

Jannie, who served as Human Resource Manager for seven years, claims she was unfairly denied allowances from January 2015 to March 2023.<\/p>

Despite assuming HR Manager duties since November 2014, she was never officially confirmed in the role.<\/p>\n
