A woman testified in court that her ex-boyfriend raped her twice in one day out of anger over suspicions of her involvement with someone else.<\/p>

They had dated for six months in 2019, and the incidents occurred about a month after their breakup on July 22, 2019.<\/p>

On the day in question, the accused, 36 years old, called her from an unknown number, claiming to have something for her.<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n

They met before her work, where he forced her to turn off her phone and took her to a secluded area in Bendals, assaulting her and accusing her of infidelity.<\/p>\n

Despite her denials, he physically attacked her and eventually sexually assaulted her without consent.<\/p>

Afterwards, he took her to his parents’ house where he repeated the assault, and then drove her home.<\/p>\n

She immediately contacted her father and went to the police station, leading to a trial before Justice Ann Marie Smith at the High Court, expected to conclude quickly.<\/p>
