He declares himself proud of the fact that the UPP is the only institution \u2013 other than the Antigua Labour Party \u2013 to have survived 31 years on the political landscape of Antigua and Barbuda.<\/p>

The former political leader acknowledges the Party\u2019s new slate of leaders, whom he is charging to uphold the integrity of the people-first organization
