These jurisdictions have been moved to the Grey List pending a supplementary review by the Global Forum.<\/p><div id=\"antig-2724472610\" class=\"antig-content antig-entity-placement\"><a width=\"1080\" height=\"1350\"   \/><\/a><\/div>\n<p><strong>The EU Blacklist now comprises American Samoa, Anguilla, Antigua and Barbuda, Fiji, Guam, Palau, Panama, the Russian Federation, Samoa, Trinidad and Tobago, the US Virgin Islands and Vanuatu.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Changes to the EU Grey List<\/h2>\n<p>Albania and Hong Kong have been removed from the Grey List, having fulfilled their commitments to amend what were previously identified as harmful tax regimes.<\/p><div id=\"antig-1842864865\" class=\"antig-content_2 antig-entity-placement\"><a srcset=\"https:\/\/mlavawteztbj.i.optimole.com\/w:500\/h:500\/q:mauto\/f:best\/https:\/\/antiguanewsroom.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/500X500-1.jpg 500w, width=\"500\" height=\"500\"   \/><\/a><\/div>\n<p>Aruba and Israel fulfilled their commitments relating to the automatic exchange of information and have therefore also been removed from the Grey List.<\/p>\n<p>As mentioned above, Belize and Seychelles have been moved from the Blacklist to the Grey List.<\/p><div id=\"antig-3460033779\" class=\"antig-content_3 antig-entity-placement\"><a
