\nsalary increase of 14 percent to its government ministers, and
\nsources tell REAL News the pay raise is retroactive to January
\n2023, apparently following the results of that month\u2019s General
\nElection.<\/p>

Accordingly, the base salary of $10,000 per month has now gone
\nto $11,400 \u2013 representing an extra 5 percent above the 9 percent
\nincrease granted to public servants in January 2024.<\/p>\n

Sources say the difference in salary for the last 15 months has
\nbeen approved and payment is expected to be made to the
\nministers next week.<\/p>
