Skilled professionals like media workers, university graduates, musicians, nurses, teachers, and athletes can freely traverse the community with a Caricom Skills Certificate.<\/p>

Antigua and Barbuda have expressed their desire for an exemption from the full free movement regime, preferring to concentrate on facilitating skilled workers to address specific labor force needs. Similarly, The Bahamas and Bermuda have also signaled their intention not to participate in the regional free movement initiative.<\/p>
