Nicholas stated, “There was a time in English literature when great Dr. Alfred Wilkinson brought to my attention at the Antigua Grammar School that the great bard William Shakespeare had a way of inserting a play within a play, and he used to refer to that as a mask.”<\/p>

He further elaborated, “What we have here, Mr. Speaker, taking place right now is a play within a play. We are asked here to debate this bill, and what we have heard from the last two submissions from the members on the other side is the other play that is taking place.”<\/p>\n
