All plots at the Dunbars Housing Development on Friars Hill Road have been sold, according to Senator Rawdon Turner, Executive Chairman of the National Housing and Urban Renewal Company.<\/p>

He highlighted the high demand for housing in Antigua and Barbuda.<\/p>\n

To accommodate young entrepreneurs, a section of Friars Hill Road has been designated for businesses in a prime location.<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n

Additionally, new opportunities are emerging in other parts of the country, including Freetown, Piccadilly, and Five Islands, where affordable homes will be built for sale.<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n

Turner noted the department receives numerous daily applications for land ownership, but the government lacks sufficient land to meet the demand.<\/p>\n

He dispelled the misconception that applications are being delayed unfairly, attributing any delays to the sheer volume of applications and land scarcity.<\/p>
