Allegations are that the victim was involved in an altercation with his attacker, whom he knows only as \u201cKelvin.\u201d<\/p>\n

During the incident, the victim was stabbed three times \u2013 to his lower right leg, his left shoulder, and left elbow.<\/p>

\"\"<\/div>\n

However, man\u2019s wounds are not life-threatening.<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n

This offence reportedly occurred about 10:30 p.m. on February 18 at Marina Bay.<\/p>\n
