Prime Minister Gaston Browne of Antigua and Barbuda is backing the government’s choice for Chairman of the Antigua and Barbuda Electoral Commission (ABEC), despite objections from the United Progressive Party (UPP).<\/p>\n

Prime Minister Browne defended Thomas, highlighting his integrity and his decision to step down from previous roles as a sign of commitment to preserving the organizations’ reputations.<\/p>
