At least three Carnival Gardens homes have been impacted by the water coming from poor drainage at the centre, creating waterlogged yards and hampering the affected residents.<\/p>\n

DeFreitas says he is not surprised that the relevant authorities have not done anything meaningful to address the problem affecting the homeowners.<\/p>

He thinks that a lawsuit against the ADOMS officials, which is a statutory corporation, is the right move, and that was his advice to Evangeline Allen, one of the complaining homeowners.<\/p>
