Thieves targeted a businesswoman’s establishment on lower High Street, making off with both EC and US currency from the cash register.<\/p>

The owner of Rum Runners Bar and Restaurant in Hodges Bay reported the incident to the Criminal Investigations Department (CID).<\/p>\n

The break-in occurred between 5 p.m. on February 7 and 10 a.m. on February 8.<\/p>

The intruder gained access through a western push-up window, breaking the glass with a hard object.<\/p>

Once inside, they took EC$100 and US$200 from a cash register located on the floor in a western office.<\/p>\n

Authorities are currently conducting ongoing investigations into the matter.<\/p>
